Our comprehensive pre purchase car inspections cover Cat N total loss classification and can be carried out at a car sales site, private sellers home or work place. Mobile engineers carry suitable lighting, lifting and electronic equipment to carry out a 300+ point vehicle inspection at the roadside. The inspection includes all aspects of the vehicle but most importantly assesses the area/extent of the damage and quality of repairs carried out.

A vehicle history check is carried out prior to the inspection to confirm details of any total loss categories, and also ensure no other theft, finance markers or mileage descrepancies are recorded. This search includes our unique My Salvage Check which searches salvage auction data for vehicles that have been written off within the last 6 years. Where information is available we offer the option to build a pre inspection report with images that highlights the damage sustained. Sellers often don't know or don't fully disclose the nature of the orignal damage so this additional report highlights any potential problems that would need to be satisfied during our inspection.

Your Cat N pre purchase inspection report is delivered promptly online and includes direct access to the engineer to discuss the findings detailed within the report. Additionally, we also provide online access to your personal image database. A password protected link  allows you to access pre accident and post repair images where available.
