CPR Part 35 Compliant Reports
The appointed vehicle engineer assessor will inspect and investigate to ascertain the facts and prepare a report based on the evidence available. The format of our report will be governed by the courts Civil Procedure Rules (Part 35) and any directions provided by your legal council. Within the report the vehicle assessor will aim to give impartial opinion as to the evidence and assist in establishing relevant facts as required by the court.
Accredited Vehicle Assessors
Our in-house engineer assessors are happy to provide independent advice in relation to your individual case. We will only ever proceed with an instruction if we feel an inspection will help deterimine the facts of a case. Our independent car assessors are accredited by the IAEA.
